Nickus Robbertse

Nickus has been with LBS since April 2013. He studied LLB at the North West University (NWU Pukke) and obtained his degree in 2008, after which he also did a LLM degree in Labour Law at NWU Pukke which he obtained in 2009.

He completed his articles at Noltes Inc in Ermelo, after which he was successfully admitted as an Attorney and worked at Wessels & Hattingh Inc in Pietermaritzburg before joining the LBS family in 2013 as HR Manager.

In August 2019, Nickus was promoted to General Manager where he is currently overseeing the day to day running of LBS and all its departments.

Jacob Moloantoa

Operations manager

Growing up in the Lephalale area, Jacob started his employment relationship with LBS in June 1993 as a Ticket Seller and Cashier. After 13 years, Jacob was promoted to ETM Machine Technician in 2006.

During that time, Jacob gained extensive knowledge of the Company’s Public Transport Department (DOT), which led to his promotion as Operations Manager in 2014 when he was assigned with overseeing the DOT Transport Arrangements and Operations.

In 2018, Jacob was also assigned with the overseeing of the Exxaro Grootgeluk Main Contract’s Transport Arrangements and Operations.
